Monica has spent over 25 years coaching leaders up to the C-Suite. She has seen the inner workings of medium and large, global organizations. Her extensive HR experience gives her a unique lens into how organizations function.

Personally she has overcome extreme trauma - being homeless during the age of 16 - she gets the humanity of how people want to interact with one another.
